SGiesbrechtFaith Academy is a small community school which provides a compassionate community for its students. We seek to impart the values that will serve as a foundation for a biblical worldview while helping students grow to be devoted followers of Christ who “do justly, love mercy, walk humbly with your God” Micah 6:8.

Substitute Teachers – resumes are welcome for all teaching grade levels (Kindergarten to Grade 12).   Please specify which grade levels  you feel most comfortable teaching.

Administrative/Financial Assistant – Full-time position in the high school office beginning July 3, 2018. Responsibilities include interacting with students and parents, managing records and reports, and working with accounts payable. A specific job description will be made available upon request. Work experience in a school office setting and/or work experience with finances will be considered an asset. The successful applicant will require a child abuse registry and criminal record check. Educational Assistant – Full-time position in the elementary school starting September 4, 2018. Responsibilities include working with students, supporting teachers, and supervising recesses. Applicants require a high school diploma and should be comfortable working with students ages 5 – 9. Previous work experience as an EA or in a childcare setting will be considered an asset. The successful applicant will require a child abuse registry and criminal record check. Only those candidates that are selected for an interview will be contacted. Cleaner – Part-time position (Monday to Friday, 2:30  – 6:30 p.m.) beginning September 4, 2018 . Responsibilities include cleaning of the interior of the building as well as the supervision of after-school student cleaners. Previous work experience as a cleaner will be considered an asset.
