Am I required to submit the supplementary student application?

Only students wishing to enroll at Faith Academy for the first time must submit the supplementary application in addition to the general student application.

Who can I contact regarding registration?

For all registration inquiries, please email the Director of Student Services.

Who processes student registration at Faith Academy? 

Registrations for students entering Kindergarten through Grade 8 are handled by the Director of Student Services, Chris Franczyk. Registrations for students entering the high school are handled by the high school counsellor, Cam Kroeker.

Where should I deliver or mail my registration?

Q. Can I fax my completed registration form?

A. Yes. Parents or guardians can fax registrations to (204) 582-2616. To confirm proper reception, call the office at (204) 582-3400.
